Atlanta United 2 begins a three-match road trip on Wednesday night when it travels to Truist Point Stadium to take on independent club Carolina Core FC on Aug. 28. Atlanta United 2 scored its lone goal of the evening in the 69th minute after Matías Gallardo whipped in a corner kick to the center of the box for Noble Okello to head the ball down to the bottom left corner just past the reach of Orlando’s keeper.
