Member Pin Collection FAQS
What is the Season Ticket Member Pin Collection?
The Season Ticket Member Pin Collection is a continuation of this year’s member gift. You can look forward to adding eight exclusive matchday pins as part of the 2026 Pin Collection. These pins will be available for pickup at select matches throughout the season.
How does the pickup process work?
Before each matchday, a ticket will be added to your account. Simply head to a designated pickup location and pull up the ticket for a team member to scan. Pickup locations listed below:
Front Porch (Between Gates 3-4): Open until kickoff
100 Level Helmet Wall (Behind Section 128C): Open until 75th Minute
200 Level Sky Bridge: Open Until 75th Minute
Can I transfer my Pin ticket to someone to pick up on my behalf?
Yes. The pin tickets are transferrable the same way match tickets are transferrable.
When will these pins be available for pickup?
Each pin will be available during one of eight select matchdays. Dates listed below:
March 21 – Spirit of 96
April 18 – Built Together
April 22 – Peach State
May 2 – AAPI
May 9 – Big Moments Are Born Here
August 15 – The Beautiful Game
October 10 – Somos Atlanta
October 24 – Y’ALL means ALL
I have multiple season tickets on my account. Will I receive a pin for each seat?
No. Each season ticket account is eligible to receive one of each exclusive pin, regardless of the number of seats.
What if I miss a pin/can’t attend a particular match?
No worries! Starting with the April 18th match, any previously given out pins can be picked up at the “Previous Match Pins” location, located on the 200 Level Sky Bridge.
Can these pins be mailed to me?
The only way to claim these exclusive matchday pins will be during the eight matchdays listed above.
I haven’t received my gift yet. Can I still collect these pins?
We appreciate your patience as we work to get everyone their gift. Yes, all Season Ticket Members will be able to collect these pins, whether their gift has arrived or not.
