17s, come join Atlanta United for a weekend of celebration of Pride!
Atlanta United will participate in the Atlanta Pride Festival this weekend. The city of Atlanta, which celebrates Pride in October along with the month of June, will play host to the largest LGBTQIA+ event in the South this year. There will be a plethora of activities and activations for attendees to enjoy. Here's a breakdown of how Atlanta United is joining in on the fun:
Atlanta United @ Atlanta Pride Festival, Oct. 11-12
The 5-Stripes will be outside at the Atlanta Pride Festival, located in Piedmont Park. Atlanta United will have an interactive phonebooth set up where festival attendees can stop by and leave a message to the club. There will also be a Family Fun Zone at the festival, and the team is bringing football to the festivities. There will be a mini-pitch set up for attendees to get active and enjoy the beautiful game. Atlanta United will also have a festival preparation station set up, where folks can get ready for the weekend with faceprints, glitter, tattoos and more.

Atlanta United @ Pride Parade, Oct. 12
Since the club's founding, Atlanta United has participated in the Atlanta Pride Parade. The club will have guests and 17s alike marching alongside a 24-foot float complete with music, drinks and promotional giveaways. For more information about where to join the parade, click here!

Atlanta United's Pride match, Oct. 18
Atlanta United's final match of the regular season will be its Pride match October 18 against D.C. United. The club will have its Pride Collection on sale at the stadium in the Mercedes-Benz Stadium Team Store, including a Pride prematch top and an Atlanta United Pride scarf. Attendees who purchased the Pride Ticket Pack for the match will receive a Pride pin set, with $5 of each of those tickets going towards Pride organizations across Georgia.
The club's LGBTQIA+ supporter group All Stripes will host its biggest tailgate of the season for the October 18. Held in Lot 17, there will be two drag performers, Baby Dee and Pressure K. There will be a supporters tifo before kickoff as well, and of course, rainbow flags flying everywhere in the stands throughout the match.
