Big Gipp – Atlanta Native Rapper | Member of Goodie Mob

Big Gipp is one of the members of Goodie Mob, one of the most influential hip-hop groups of their generation, formed in 1991 in Atlanta, by Big Gipp, Ceelo Green, Khujo and T-Mo. Goodie Mob has always maintained the original four members. They’ve released six studio albums and have made several collaborations with other Atlanta hip-hop artists like OutKast and TLC. Their most recent album Survival Kit came out in 2020 was produced by Organized Noize, and has guests collaborations from Big Boi and André 3000.

Big Gipp is featured in the 2023 Atlanta United FC production ‘Inside the 404’, where he talks about the influence OutKast and the Dungeon Family had on Goodie Mob’s music. ‘Inside the 404’ is a documentary produced by Atlanta United FC in collaboration with Atlanta Influences Everything, as part of the launch of the 404 Kit, Atlanta United’s 2023 third kit.
