After his stunning debut on the road against Orlando City this weekend, Atlanta United's Brad Guzan has been named to the MLS Team of the Week. With five saves – including an MLS Save of the Week nominee – a clean sheet and a co-Man of the Match performance, Guzan took no time adjusting to MLS play in his first game in the red, black and gold.
His performance helped Atlanta United clinch its third clean sheet in its past four league games. Considering the Five Stripes still sits tied for first on top of the league in goals scored, if Guzan can help tighten up things even further on the other end, the league needs to watch out for Atlanta United in the home stretch.
