Defender Caleb Wiley recorded his first career assist for Atlanta United in the opening goal against Seattle Sounders on August 6. He worked with Luiz Araújo to set up the goal for Ronaldo Cisneros in the 23rd minute.
Wiley is 17 years old and signed a Homegrown contract with the club in January. The youngster has started 12 matches for Gonzalo Pineda so far in 2022. He recorded his first career MLS goal in the home opener against Sporting Kansas City.
