Ezequiel Barco's stellar performance against the New England Revolution is getting the credit its due, with the Argentine being named to the MLS Team of the Week for the first time this season.
Barco obviously scored both of Atlanta United's goals over the weekend –– with one a near lock to win MLS Goal of the Week –– but his contributions went deeper than that. Despite coming on as a substitute, Barco lead the team in shots on target, with a 100% shot accuracy, and added 2 key passes as well. It was an all-action, jaw-dropping performance that propelled his team to their first win of the season –– and could be the jumpstart the team's climb up the Eastern Conference standings.
