Atlanta United takes on Philadelphia Union at Subaru Park on Saturday, September 25 at 3:30 p.m. EST.
The two teams have faced each other three times in 2021, twice in the Concacaf Champions League earlier this year. The last meeting was on June 20 in MLS competition. The result was a 2-2 draw.
It’s the first road match for Atlanta following a three-game homestand where the club earned nine points in the table. Philadelphia is coming off a 3-1 home win against Orlando City SC on Sept. 19. Philadelphia is currently in seventh place in the Eastern Conference standings at 35 points, one point below Atlanta in sixth.
