ATLANTA – Atlanta United announced today that midfielder Luiz Araújo will miss approximately four weeks with a hamstring injury. Araújo suffered the injury in the 20th minute during the club’s season-opening 3-1 win over Sporting Kansas City.
Atlanta (1-0-0, 3 points) returns to action Saturday, March 5 when it travels to face Colorado Rapids at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park (6:00 p.m. EST, Bally Sports Southeast, Sports Radio 92-9 The Game, La Mejor).
