Atlanta faces Tulsa at Fifth Third Bank Stadium Wednesday night for the second of four meetings between the two clubs this season. Last time the two clubs squared off, Atlanta won 5-0 at home. It was the fourth time in ATL UTD 2 history that the team scored five goals in a match, and it was the team’s largest margin of victory.
ATL UTD 2 played its last match 10 days ago versus Louisville City FC where Atlanta lost 2-0. Amadou Macky Diop recorded his first start of the season, while Atlanta United Academy player Noah Cobb started in his first professional game at the age of 15. Additionally, Tulsa is coming off a 1-0 loss to Memphis 901 FC. Although Tulsa lost its last two games, the club sits in third in the Central Division with 19 points. ATL UTD 2 is currently in seventh in the division with 14 points.
