ATL UTD 2 travels to Tulsa for its third-straight game on the road. Saturday’s match will be Atlanta’s first visit to ONEOK Field in team history and it will be the third of four meetings between the two clubs. Atlanta has been a thorn in Tulsa’s side this season, as Atlanta holds a 2-0-0 advantage and has outscored Tulsa 7-1 in the last two matches between the two clubs. However, Tulsa currently sits just ahead of Atlanta in third in the Central Division standings with 28 points, while Atlanta is in fourth with 25 points.
On Saturday, Atlanta is looking to return to the win column, as it is coming off a 4-1 loss at Pittsburgh Riverhounds SC. Last Sunday, Darwin Matheus scored his fourth goal in six matches, which brings him to five goals on the season. Tulsa is in search of its third-straight win on Saturday night. Most recently, Tulsa defeated Memphis 901 FC 2-1 on Wednesday, where Marlon scored the game-winning goal in stoppage time to secure three points at home.
