North Carolina FC topped Penn FC 1-0 on Sunday, Sept. 16. Daniel Rios scored the game’s lone goal in the 11th minute. Atlanta and North Carolina first met May 25th at WakeMed Soccer Park. North Carolina FC scored a pair of goals in each half to claim a 4-0 win.
ATL UTD 2 is 3-2-5 at Coolray Field while North Carolina is 4-5-4 on the road.
