Players To Watch
Machop Chol (Atlanta United) – The Atlanta United forward scored his first career goal in MLS last weekend in Toronto, a header in the 76th minute. His teammates credit his versatility and ability to play multiple attacking positions. The 5-Stripes might need Chol again after Giorgos Giakoumakis left the Toronto match early with an apparent injury, and the 24-year-old from South Sudan gives Atlanta United another weapon in the attack.
Kei Kamara (Chicago Fire) – The forward out of Sierra Leone has scored a lot in his nearly 400 MLS appearances and has tallied a goal against 26 clubs. A team not on that list? Atlanta United. Kamara has yet to score a goal on the 5-Stripes in his 16-year career in MLS. He's the Fire's leading scorer on the season and a few weeks ago, he notched a brace against Minnesota United which landed him on the MLS Team of the Matchday.
