Brazilian midfielder displayed guitar talents during Episode 3; MLS WORKS will donate $1,000 to Center for Family Resources – Cobb County should Rossetto win fan vote
Atlanta United midfielder Matheus Rossetto competed in MLSsoccer.com’s ‘MLS Idle: Soccer’s Hidden Talents’ Thursday night, impressing judges as he played guitar to the song ‘Espaçosa Demais’ by Felipe Araújo (video). MLS WORKS, the league’s social responsibility platform, will donate $1,000 to the Center for Family Resources in Cobb County if Rossetto’s performance wins the fan vote.
Fans can vote by posting “#MLSIdle Rossetto” on Twitter or Facebook up to Sunday, May 10 at 11:59 pm ET.
MLS Idle is a competition where MLS players showcase their non-soccer skills, which airs each Thursday at 7:30 p.m. Susannah Collins, Charlie Davies and a special weekly guest reveal and judge the hidden talents of MLS players and fans have the opportunity to vote for their favorite performances and select each episode’s winner.
During Episode 3 (video) with special guest judge Quinn XCII, Rossetto went up against New England Revolution defender Andrew Farrell, Seattle Sounders goalkeeper Stefan Frei and Portland Timbers midfielder Diego Valeri.
