ATL UTD 2 forward Jackson Conway shares a few of his favorite things and what he got up to during quarantine.

  • How was your quarantine?
    • It was alright. Pretty boring. Tried to make the most of what I could do. It is what it is.

  • How did you spend your time?
    • I saw my girlfriend a lot. We’ve been pretty close. Played some video games, me and a bunch of my friends have been playing, taking dogs for walks, working out, usual stay at home thing.

  • What's your favorite color?
    • I’d go with green. I kind of like the darker shades kind of a blackish green. I think that’s pretty cool.

  • What's your favorite tv show?
    • I’m gonna have to go with Duck Dynasty.

  • What's your favorite food?
    • I like anchovy pizza.

  • Have you been cooking a lot?
    • Kinda sorta. I wake up and make myself some scrambled eggs. Other than that, my mom usually cooks dinner. I’ll make some simple foods here and there like maybe a sandwich here and there. My mom usually cooks for the whole family.

  • What's your favorite sport to watch besides soccer?
    • I like watching golf. Golf and basketball are probably my two favorites after soccer. My favorite golfer is Dustin Johnson. I’d go with the Hawks for basketball, Ice Trae.

  • What would you want to be if you weren't a professional soccer player?
    • I like building stuff, so maybe I’d be a construction worker or architect. Something like that. I like building things with my hands.

  • What got you into soccer?
    • It was actually my grandfather. He played professionally over in Scotland for Celtic and over in England for Norse, a pretty big club. Ran in the family a little bit. My dad played. I’ve got a whole English side of my family, so it's pretty big in our blood. Wanted to keep it going.

  • What's your favorite soccer memory?
    • It was a couple years ago, and it was probably one of my first games for the USL team. I wasn’t signed at the time, but my grandfather came over and watched me play. It was against Charleston Battery I think. I think it was actually my debut. He came and watched my debut for the USL team a couple years back. That was a pretty good memory.

  • What's your favorite fan memory?
    • One of my family friends, she’s also my math tutor, she brought her kids to one of the games. We took some pictures and all that. I thought that was pretty cool. I signed some autographs for them.
