Q&A: Pereira and Pogba go LIVE on Facebook to answer the fans' questions

Everything Atlanta United does is for the 17s; they play for them and love to connect with them as well. Last Friday, Florentin “Flo” Pogba and Dion Pereria engaged with fans in a Facebook live Q&A presented by Chick-Fil-A. The duo answered questions about their transition to Atlanta, their childhood idols and families.

Check out the full stream above and skim the highlights below:

Q: What’s the hardest part about playing the United States versus Europe?

Dion:The football is more change of play. There’s a lot more counterattack football.

Q: What do you think about Atlanta United’s Training Ground?

Dion: The Training Ground facilities are the best here. I’m sure Flo would agree with that.

Flo: Yeah!

Dion: It’s the nicest facilities I’ve ever been to.

Q: It seems like on average, Atlanta United has a lot more younger players on the team than others around the world.

Dion: We definitely have a lot more youngsters on the team, but they give chances they deserve. If you are working really hard, then you’re rewarded with more minutes. If you take it, then you will see you’ll get more and more minutes.

Q: Who was your idol when you were young?

Flo: Ronaldo, Brazilian Ronaldo. “El Fenomeno.”

Dion: Messi and Ronaldinho.

Q: Who’s the funniest player on the team?

Dion:  There’s three for me: Flo, Romario and Darlington.

Flo: For me, there’s Miles, Darlington and Dion.

Q: What’s your favorite thing about Atlanta so far?

Flo: Good city, good club, good people, so I’m very happy.

Dion: I have to agree as well. The food is really nice, too. The weather is amazing.
