Take in St. Louis's Brewing History

One of the things the city of St. Louis is known for its rich history of beer creation and breweries. Beer making in St. Louis begins almost at the founding of the city. There is documented evidence that John Coons was brewing here in 1809 when St. Louis was only a village of about a thousand people. Guest can visit a plethora of brewing companies like 4 Hands Brewing Company, Charleville Brewery and Winery, and Good News Brewing Company.

Get a view of the Gateway Arch

The Gateway Arch National Park (formerly known as the “Jefferson National Expansion Memorial”) stretches from the Old Courthouse to the steps overlooking the Mississippi River. Located in the heart of Forest Park, the St. Louis Art Musuem is home to one of the nation’s leading comprehensive art collections. In addition to the featured exhibitions, the museum offers rotating exhibitions and installations. These include the Currents series, which features contemporary artists, as well as regular exhibitions of new media art and works on paper.
