What’s your favorite spot in Atlanta that you couldn’t live without? Is there any reason?

We really come into the city for two things: Atlanta United matches and shows at the Fox Theatre. Living in Snellville, those trips always feel special and intentional rather than routine. The Fox, especially for Broadway shows, is a must for us and makes every visit into the city memorable. Between cheering on our team at the Benz and Fox Theatre nights, those experiences are what truly connect us to Atlanta.

Who do you share the game with? Who’s always coming to matches with you and living soccer with you? How has the sport and these matches brought you closer together?

I share Atlanta United matches with my sister and her grandson, and they’ve become some of my favorite people to spend matchdays with. I also love that games often double as date nights with my husband—we’re always there together. Soccer has given us a shared passion and something special to celebrate as a family. Being season ticket members has truly brought us closer through these shared moments.

Who are some of the 5-Stripes over the years that have made the most memorable moments for you?

Miles Robinson will always be a favorite of mine. He had such a strong presence on the field and always knew how to put a smile on my face with a perfectly-timed tackle. Watching Josef Martínez and Miguel Almirón play together was unforgettable and absolute magic. Right now, Saba is my favorite—I even had the chance to meet him at a season ticket member training session and tell him about the medical missions I’ve done in Tbilisi, which makes cheering him on feel even more personal.

What’s your favorite pastime in Atlanta that you couldn’t live without? Is there any reason?

I’m from Gwinnett, and one thing I couldn’t live without is being involved in Atlanta United supporter culture, especially building TIFOs! Anytime there’s a TIFO project happening, I make sure to be there. It’s a chance to directly contribute to the matchday atmosphere. I’d say the other pastime for me would be the away match trips, traveling with the Five Stripes always helps me create unforgettable memories and meet some new people at the matches!

Who do you share the game with?/Who’s always coming to matches with you and living soccer with you?/How has the sport and these matches brought you closer together?

I share the game with my amateur footy group from Silverbacks Park. Of course playing together naturally leads to watching matches together, both inside Mercedes‑Benz Stadium and beyond. Atlanta United has given us a shared routine and passion that keeps us connected year‑round, whether we’re playing, attending matches, or talking soccer.

Who are some of the 5-Stripes over the years that have made the most memorable moments for you?

Josef Martínez will always stand out. Watching him break records and score goals in an Atlanta United kit was unforgettable. Every goal felt historic and helped define the early years of the club. Brad Guzan also holds a special place for me because of his leadership and commitment, both of which helped shape the identity and mentality of the team.

What’s the very first thing you do when you arrive at the stadium? What’s your matchday ritual?

When I arrive at the stadium, I’m wearing the same outfit I wear every matchday—it’s definitely part of the tradition now. I love spending time on the Front Porch to soak in the atmosphere before heading inside. No matter what, I make sure I’m in my seat and settled well before kickoff so I’m fully ready for the match.

Who do you share the game with, and how has Atlanta United brought you closer together?

I attend every match with my coworker Jarett, who I work with at Verizon. What started as coworkers attending matches together has turned into a close friendship through our shared love for Atlanta United and now I see him as my younger brother.

What’s your wildest matchday story?

The wildest moment I’ve experienced was being in the stadium when Atlanta United won the championship—it was absolute chaos in the best way possible. The energy and excitement in the building is something I’ll never forget. Especially getting to experience that playoff run in our own stadium.

How has being a Season Ticket Member shaped your connection to the club or city?

Being a Season Ticket Member from the very beginning has made Atlanta United feel like a true part of our family’s story. We’ve been in the stands through the highs, lows, and everything in between, and that consistency has created a deep sense of closeness to the club. Our kids practically grew up at Mercedes‑Benz Stadium, starting at ages 8, 13, and 14, and now that they’re older and in college, the matches still feel like coming home.

Walk us through your perfect matchday—how does being part of Atlanta United bring people together and create moments in your life only soccer can?

A perfect matchday for us always starts at the supporter’s tailgate, volunteering with Terminus Legion where we not only hang out with other supporter’s but also pitch in wherever we can. There’s something special about that ritual — tailgate time really is therapy for us. It’s where we catch up with friends, meet new supporters, and feel the energy building long before kickoff. Marching in with the fans afterward is the moment that ties it all together, when the drums bang and the crowd chants, the passion and love of the sport blends into something only soccer can create.

Who would you want to see hit the golden spike?

Without a doubt, we’d love to see Miggy hit the golden spike. He’s one of the icons who shaped the identity of this club from day one! Having him step up for the Spike would feel like a full‑circle moment for the entire Atlanta United community.

What made you want to become an Atlanta United Season Ticket Member?

I actually got into Atlanta United because of my brother-in-law and his passion for the sport. We are huge Atlanta sports fan and used to be Falcons Season Ticket Members, so his excitement for a new soccer club at Mercedes-Benz Stadium pulled me in. We travel to Europe every summer and check out as many soccer matches as we can, which just made me fall even more in love with the sport. Getting season tickets felt like the perfect way to bring that same energy back home.

What has been your favorite memory as an Atlanta United Season Ticket Member?

My favorite memory has to be the MLS Cup match. The energy in the stadium and finally ending Atlanta’s 23-year championship drought was just unbelievable. Having the match in our own stadium made it even more special and emotional. I remember just staying in the stadium for about 20 minutes afterward, soaking the atmosphere and excitement in.

What’s your favorite part of the matchday experience?

We always try to get there early so we can sign the Golden Spike, which is such a cool and unique part of being an Atlanta United fan. All the pregame traditions really make the atmosphere feel electric and completely different from anything else in the league. It always feels like everyone is part of something bigger. And of course, we never skip out on the $2 hot dogs.

What made you want to become an Atlanta United Season Ticket Member?

I’ve been a long‑time soccer fan, and the sport has always been a major part of my life. When Atlanta United was announced, it felt like the perfect opportunity to connect my passion for football with my hometown. My partner, who uses the second ticket, is originally from the UK and grew up as a dedicated Leeds United supporter, so continuing that tradition here was important to both of us. Becoming Season Ticket Members allowed us to build a shared matchday routine and support a club we’re proud to call ours. It truly felt like the perfect fit from the start.

What has been your favorite memory as an Atlanta United Season Ticket Member?

My favorite memory has to be the 2018 playoff run, which still feels electric every time I think about it. Seeing Atlanta United compete at the highest level and rise to the occasion was unforgettable. Beating both New York teams on the way to the final added an extra layer of excitement and pride. Being in the stadium, surrounded by that energy, made the journey to the championship feel historic. It’s an experience I’ll always cherish as a fan.

What’s your favorite part of the matchday experience?

My favorite part of matchday is the team announcements followed by the “We Ready” chant. It’s the moment when the entire stadium comes alive and every fan locks into the energy of the match. Hearing the sections roar together creates a unity that you can feel in your chest. It sets the tone for the rest of the game and reminds you that the supporters truly play a role. That collective excitement from the stadium is what makes every matchday special.

What made you want to become an Atlanta United Season Ticket Member?

“Soccer has always been something we’re passionate about. When Atlanta United was announced, it immediately felt like something we wanted to be part of. Knowing Arthur Blank was behind the team made the decision even easier, because I’ve always respected the culture and values he brings to everything he’s involved in. Having worked at The Home Depot for about 14 years, I got to see that leadership firsthand, which made becoming Season Ticket Members feel like a second nature."

What has been your favorite memory as an Atlanta United Season Ticket Member?

“Being at the MLS Cup Final against the Portland Timbers felt electric from the moment we stepped into the stadium. The energy, the noise, and the pride in that building were unlike anything I’d experienced before. Watching the team lift the trophy in Atlanta was a once‑in‑a‑lifetime moment that I will never forget."

What’s your favorite part of the matchday experience?

“Section 232 truly feels like home every matchday. We’ve gotten to know the couple who sits next to us, and over time they’ve become close friends we look forward to seeing. Celebrating goals and sharing those big moments with them makes the experience even more special. It’s that sense of community that keeps us excited for every game.”
